When you're using a Sennheiser headset and Yealink EHS there may be a chance you don't get audio if the Y-shaped cord is plugged in incorrectly.
The end by itself should be going into the PHONE port in the back of the headset base. The other end that splits off into 2 cords goes into the YEALINK box and the other goes into the headset jack of the phone
