Sennheiser Presence Factory Reset

Please note that the Sennheiser Presence has been discontinued!

Here's a factory reset to try if your Sennheiser Presence isn't working properly.
Sennehsier Presence Blutooth headset

To reset the Presence headset back to factory settings please follow these steps:

  1. Turn the headset off by sliding the metal panel at the bottom of the headset closed
  2. Press and hold both volume buttons. These are the small black lines at the top of the headset
  3. While holding the volume buttons, slide the metal panel down to power the headset on
  4. The light on the headset will flash purple quickly three (3) times and then enter pairing mode (flashing red/blue)
  5. The headset is now ready to pair to a Bluetooth device


Is it time for a new headset?

Many Sennheiser Bluetooth Customer have switched to the Leitner Premium Plus LH670

I bought sennheiser presence last years but suddenly it’s mic stop working, as during call other person didn’t hear my voice. Please do let me know, how to fix this issue. Thanks
