How do I pair my Presence headset with my phone? How about my computer?

While pairing is usually automatic, here’s how to pair it when it doesn’t connect up to your Bluetooth device or Bluetooth dongle right away:

For Cell Phone or Tablet:

1. Turn on Bluetooth in your device and set it to scan
2. Open presence by sliding down silver mic piece.  The Presence should pair automatically
3. If it doesn't, press and hold the answer call button until the headset says "Pairing"

To a USB Dongle:

1. Press and hold shiny button on the end of the dongle until the dongle flashes red/blue 
2. Then slide open presence until it pairs to the USB dongle. The Presence should pair automatically 
3. If it doesn't, press and hold the answer call button until the headset says "Pairing"
   Note: You may have to turn off Bluetooth to any nearby cell phones or tablets to get it to pair
