Sennheiser Wireless Setup

So you just got your Sennheiser OfficeRunner and need to set it up with your phone. Well, you've landed in the right place!

Handset Jack Setup:

Use these steps if you're using a handset lifter or if your telephone does not have a headset button.

1. Plug the power into the headset base
2. Unplug the telephone (curly cord) from the phone base. Plug this into the HANDSET jack in the back of the cube
3. Plug the end with the green sticker of the connector cord into the PHONE port on the back of the headset base.  Plug the other end into the telephone’s Handset Jack (where you disconnected the curly cord from). It should be marked with a picture of a telephone handset, or it might say HANDSET or HAC
4. Set the ABC switch to A
5. You should now be ready to use your headset by first turning the headset on using the On/Off button on the headset itself, and then picking up your handset to answer or make a call.  To hang up calls, you simply hang up their handset

Headset Jack Setup:

Use these steps if your telephone has a headset jack to plug into and a headset button.

1. Plug the power into the headset base
2. Plug the end with the green ticker of the connector cord into the PHONE port on the back of the headset base. Plug the other end into the HEADSET jack of their telephone. It should have a picture of a headset
3. Set the ABC switch to A. Set to C when we are setting it up through a Cisco phone headset jack
4. IF THERE IS NO EHS CABLE, then the Customer will have to answer and end calls using the headset button on their telephone
5. IF THERE IS AN EHS CABLE, the rest of your set-up instructions are included with the EHS cable
