If you're hearing beeps in your OfficeRunner every 10 seconds while it is muted (and don't want that function), you can download EPOS Connect and change the Mute Tone setting.
Note: You'll need the USB cable to be plugged into a Windows PC to download this software.
Note: You will need to keep your headset connected to your computer for this setting to stay. If you unplug the USB cord or uninstall EPOS Connect, the setting will go back to its original state.
If you'd like a new headset that doesn't have a constant mute beep, check out the Leitner Premium Plus LH570. It connects to desk phones and computers, has a visible purple mute light, and only beeps once every 5 minutes when on mute.

We’re not sure which Sennheiser headset you’re working with, but it appears that you’re trying to use the EPOS Connect software? If this is correct and you’re not able to see the gear, we’d recommend reaching out to EPOS for further assistance. They’re at 1-800-895-7412 and they should be able to help with the software for your headset.
