Factory Reset for the Jabra Engage 75

Is your Jabra Engage 75 wireless headset not working as it should? Try the following reset!

1. Dock the headset in the base
2. Press Menu button for 2 seconds to open the Advanced settings menu

   

3. Tap + button to select Base, and then tap the check mark button to confirm your choice
4. Tap the Menu button again to navigate through the settings and select Reset Configuration
5. Tap - button to select Yes, and then tap the check mark button to confirm your choice
6. Once the headset reboots, test it out to see if the reset solved the issue

if the Jabra wont reset because the base factory build by a company name is there a way to remove it
