I am writing to seek assistance with a connectivity issue I am experiencing with my work PC and the base unit. Despite my efforts, I have been unsuccessful in establishing a connection between the base unit and any of the available USB ports on my work PC. I have attempted multiple ports, ensuring a direct connection between the base and the USB port, but the base remains undetected. When I inspect the base unit, I notice that the Laptop symbol is illuminated as a white light, indicating power supply, but the headset symbol remains unlit. This leads me to believe that there might be a connectivity or compatibility issue between the base and my work PC. I would greatly appreciate any assistance or advice you can provide to resolve this issue. It is crucial for me to have a functioning connection to carry out my work effectively.
