If you would like some guidance finding your sound settings within your 3CX softphone please read below and/or look at the pictures at the bottom.
Once we have changed the settings within Windows (playback/recording) we can now proceed to looking for “Audio Options” in the softphone.
Once the are in “Audio Options” you will have the ability to choose your DECT headset under microphone and speaker.

Your instructions are incomplete.
Speakers work on the laptop but not through the 3cx softphone.
I can’t find the audio settings anywhere. How do I get to the screens you show.

We don’t have advanced tech support for the 3CX softphone outside of this article. We’re sorry about that! We’d recommend reaching out to your IT Team or to the folks that set up your 3CX for further troubleshooting if you’re not seeing the same screens that we have listed here.
