RingCentral Audio Settings

After we've changed the computer settings, we may need to verify the settings inside the RingCentral app.

Adjusting the Audio Settings in RingCentral
  1. Click on the Settings gear icon on the bottom left corner of the screen
  2. Click Audio
  3. Ensure both the input and output are set to the headset
  4. Ensure your settings match the screenshot below to enhance your headset experience:
