Resetting the Blueparrott

If your BlueParrott is acting up, here's a quick reset that should get it up and running:

  1. Start with the headset in the ON position
  2. Push volume up and volume down buttons at the same time for about 5-6 seconds
    BlueParrott Bluetooth headset buttons and lights
  3. A double-beep will be heard and the paired list will be reset
  4. Hold the Multifunction button down to put the headset into pairing mode, and then repair to your device

This should get your BlueParrott working great.

My Blue Parrot- S650-XT, after being fully charged, will come on pair, then after three seconds go off. I’ve reset the device several times: (pressing and holding the UP/Down) keys then repairing the devices, and it just continues to come on and then goes back off after three to five seconds!

My blue parrot head set blue light is staying on I hold both volume buttons to rest it and it now is flashing blue and red and still won’t connect

I have a S650-XT. I have no audio on the side that detaches. I’ve done a reset but still nothing. Any suggestions?

My new Blueparrott headset B450XT was purchased to replace my Blueparrott VXi head set. I cannot get it to connect to my AT&T Flip Ohone like the VXi was connected.

My blue parrot headset is stuck with red light on not connecting not turning off. I tried everything long press Volume up and down button with MB.
