Plantronics CS510 & CS520 Headset Controls

Here is a basic guide to the buttons on the Plantronics CS510 (C051) and CS520 (C052) headsets.

  • Volume - Button: Lowers speaker volume
  • Volume + Button: Increases speaker volume
  • Headset Indicator Light: Flashes green when in use
  • Call Button: Turns headset off/on. Answers/ends calls when used with a lifter or EHS cable
  • Mute Button Press to mute/unmute
