OfficeRunner & DW Series Basics and Lights

Here you'll find a breakdown of the lights on the OfficeRunner, DWPro1, and DWPro2 wireless headsets.

Lights on the cube:

  • Phone button LED: Lit solid when on that mode, Flashing when there is an incoming call.
  • Computer button LED: Lit solid when on that mode, Flashing when there is an incoming call.

LED Diamond in the center of cube:

  • Solid Blue = Headset is turned ON
  • Solid Red = No Link to the Headset (mic needs to be paired or charged)
  • Flashing Red = Headset is Muted
  • No Light = Headset is turned off

Charging Status Lights:

  • 1 Light = 0 - 25% Charge
  • 2 Lights = 25 - 50% Charge
  • 3 Lights = 50 - 75% Charge
  • 4 Lights = 75 - 100% Charge

Lights on the mic:

  • Solid Blue = Headset is charging (blue light will go out when its 100% charged). If headset is dead it may take 1-5 minutes to get the blue light to come on
  • Flashes Red 3x = Headset Needs Recharging
  • Flashes Blue Slowly = Headset is turned on (you will also see a blue diamond on the cube)
  • Flashes Blue/Red = Pairing Mode
  • Flashes Blue /Red CONTINUOUSLY = power surge damage
  • Blinks Blue 2x= Damaged wires on battery or headset speaker
  • Blinks Blue 3x = There is no battery in the headset
