Low Mic Volume or Echo with a Leitner Premium Headset

If you're hearing an echo but also have low mic volume, here are a few things you can try.

1. Confirm set up/push in all the cords
   We need to make sure all the cords are plugged in correctly and securely, of course!

1. Try a Leitner wireless reset
   This will often help get the headset back to normal!

1. Try adjust the volumes on the phone & underneath the base
   Remember, we typically want to have the volume on the phone lower, then turned up on the headset. On the rare occasion, the opposite works better. So do some experimenting!

1. Try a different mic
   Sometimes the problem is just the mic. If you have a spare mic, go get it and pair to to the base and see how it goes!
