Sennheiser Wireless Manual Disconnect

Give this reset a try if you have a red diamond with battery lights on your Sennheiser Wireless base

Manual Disconnect

1. Start with the headset out of the charging base.
2. Press and hold the ON/OFF button on the headset. It will begin to flash red after about 5-10 seconds.
3. Continue to hold the button down until the battery lights on the headset base disappear.
4. Place the headset back on the charging base and wait until the light on the headset comes on solid blue and the battery lights come back.
5. The headset is now reset.
