If you are using a "U" series Yealink phone (T46U, T49U, etc.) with a Leitner USB EHS and it doesn't seem to be answering your calls remotely, the USB may be plugged into the wrong port!
We want the USB from the EHS cord to be plugged into the USB port near the wires, not the one behind the screen. Nothing bad will happen if you plug it in wrong, it just won't work!
