Audio IQ:
Plantronics AudioIQ intelligent headset technology is designed to create stand-out sound. It’s the result of DSP technology that improves the experience on both ends of the call, especially in ambient noise environments. Audio IQ automatically changes the microphone and speaker volume levels depending on background noise.
Yes, you can turn off the Audio IQ feature. However, you can only do this during a call, and it will only last until the headset is turned off.
To manually turn it off:
Hit the Power/mute button twice. You will hear 1 low tone followed by 3 high tones
To turn Audio IQ back on:
Hit the Power/mute button twice. You will hear 3 high tones followed by 1 low tone.
