Here are some tips from Nuance to help you out with your freezing issue!

First, in Dragon, go to Profile then select Restore. If you've backed up your profile, this will restore it to an earlier version of that profile, which may get rid of the problem.

If that doesn’t work, or you can’t get that far into Dragon, try this:

Warning: this will cause Dragon to forget any special words you've saved:

For Windows: Head to the search bar on the bottom left side of your screen and type "Dragon." Select Dragon Naturally Speaking" to open the program. Go to Users then delete the folder for the profile that is causing the trouble. You can then make a new profile under that same name and start over!

For Mac: Hit COMMAND+F and then type in “Nuance” then select Dragon Naturally Speaking to open the program. Go to Users then delete the folder for the profile that is causing the trouble. You can then make a new profile under that same name and start over!

Time for a new headset

Many Dragon Naturally Speaking users have switched to the Leitner LH570!
