How does the account creation system work?

When creating an account, you will be asked your name, email address, and password you will use to access your account. Once you submit the information, you will get a confirmation sent to the email you put down.

Once you receive this email, just hit the "Activate your account!" button to complete the process! If you've ordered from us in the past, you should be able to see your order history soon after!

I have ordered many times before. If I sign up for an account now, will I be able to see my previous orders?

You sure can! You just need to make sure to use the same information (email address and name) that we have in our system already so we can match the information together. Once you place an order with the information you have, you should be able to see your previous orders within 24 business hours.

I forgot my password, how can I get into my account?

To recover your password just enter the email address you used to create your Shopify account with us. If you haven't created an account on our website, but have ordered with us in the past, you'll need to create a new account to place your order today. If you have created an account on our website through Shopify, simply hit the "Forgot your password?" link and enter the email you used to create the account and a password recovery email will be sent out.

We do not have control of this process and cannot view or change your password for you. This is a security feature to protect your information as much as possible!
