Sennheiser Internal Electronics Reset

Updated by Hayden Everly on Sep 11, 2024

If you recently experienced a power surge or electrical storm, there is a chance it could make your OfficeRunner quit working. Here is a reset that may bring it back to life!

  1. Start with the headset on the charger and all the cords in place
  2. Press and hold the small recessed button to the right of the dipswitch pane on the back of the cube for 10 seconds, then let go
  3. Let the headset sit on the charging station, undisturbed, for 30 minutes
  4. Remove the power and USB cords for 1 hour. This eliminates all traces of the internal electronics glitch
  5. Reconnect power and USB
