Polycom phone stuck in a different EHS mode than you need?
If it's stuck on anything other than regular mode, try rebooting it back to regular mode, then back to the mode you want. I.E., Sennheiser, Jabra, or Plantronics.
If it's still stuck on a mode other than the one you've selected, reach out to your phone provider to find out what the issue could be.
Unfortunately, we've found when it's stuck like this, replacing the headset or EHS does not resolve the issue.
