So you have a red diamond, a full battery, and no extra headsets to do the cool switch trick? Try this:
If we’ve done the Dimple Reset and it’s still Red on the base and full charge lights:
1) Disconnect the power cord from the base.
2) Remove headset from base.
3) Press and hold both the power and mute button on the headset to place it into pairing mode – headset light flashes red/blue. (Do this while the power cord is still out!)
4) Release buttons and place the headset back on the base.
5) Once back on the base, immediately reconnect power cord.
6) Once the power cord is reconnected, the mic sync should complete, and the red light is now gone.
