Many Mitel phones have one button that shares both speakerphone and headset mode. In order to get this button to work for headsets, we first need to activate it
Note: Some Mitel phones use 317 as the code to both activate and deactivate headset mode
If these steps don't work, reach out to your IT Team or your phone techs. They should be able to help you program in a headset button.
