If you noticed that when you press the ON/OFF button on the Leitner headset and it turns on, then right back off while connected to your Yealink phone, try rebooting the phone!
We have found that this will reset everything and get it back to normal! If not, give us a call at 1-800-HEADSETS (432-3738) and we will help you figure it out!
