Yes, they do work together!
Alex went out and did a nice test with our Leitner LH250 with this extension cord, and it works! At least when plugging into a computer. There doesn't seem to be any difference in quality with or without the adapter. So if our Customer needs 7 more feet of room to move, then send them this bad-boy.
