If your tablet or computer also has a Bluetooth device paired to it in addition to your LH470 or LH475, the Bluetooth device can take precedence over the Leitner dongle connection and cause the audio to cut out.
Solution:
Turn off Bluetooth on your tablet or computer.
This will prevent the tablet or computer from connecting via Bluetooth to anything except your cell phone, thus keeping the sound in your Leitner DECT headset!
