If you have an extra Premium Plus headset that you need to charge outside the base, there's a hidden charging port you can use.
Pull back the flap on the side of the headset with the microphone to reveal a USB-C charging port. You can use the USB cord that comes with the headset or even charge it with a spare you have lying around! Neat, right?
Note: You can not use the headset while you are charging it. Sorry folks!
