Leitner Premium Dongle Low Range

If you can only get 15-30 feet away from the dongle without going out of range, try these steps to get it fixed!

• Remove then re-insert the battery
• Plug the dongle into a different USB port in the computer
• Resync the headset to the dongle
  • Press and hold the button on the dongle until the light on the dongle begins to flash, then let go
  • Press and hold the ON/OFF button on the headset for about 8 seconds until the FocusLight double-flashes blue, then let go
  • The headset will flash purple 5 times and the dongle will continue to flash. Once both stop flashing, the resync is complete!
• Try plugging the dongle into a different computer - sometimes the range can be affected by the specific computer itself
