Improving Bluetooth sound quality in Leitner 300 series headsets

Updated on Mar 1, 2024

People saying you don't sound too good in Bluetooth?

Here are a few bits of advice to make you sound as good as possible with our Leitner Bluetooth headsets!

  • Adjust the microphone volume
    • Each mode can save it's own microphone volume, so to improve how you sound in Bluetooth, simply flip the headset base over and hit the down arrow 3 times. This will make the quality jump up substantially
  • Perform a resync
  • Try forgetting device in the phone and then re-pair the headset to the phone
  • If the volume is high, try lowering the call volume on your phone. If it gets too low, hit the + button on the headset itself. This should equalize everything and make the caller sound better to you
  • If the sound is too quiet, trying turning up the volume on your phone, adjusting the headset volume as needed

These should get you sounding like honey!
