How Do I Adjust Busy Beacon or Busy Buddy Sensitivity?

Busy Beacon or Busy Buddy not turning on quickly enough? Or turning on for no reason?

Try this

  1. On the left-hand side of the Busy Beacon/Buddy box there is a turn wheel that controls the sensitivity of the light
  2. To increase sensitivity we can turn the wheel toward the top (where the lamp, power cord, and TEL cord are connected)
  3. To decrease sensitivity we can turn the wheel toward the bottom (where the 0-9 dial is and there is 1 TEL port available)
  4. Test this out while on a call and see what works best for you.
